We create space for new things in Heinsberg

New commercial space for the Veolia Industrial Park

Many citizens in Heinsberg have already noticed the busy construction activity on Boos-Fremery-Straße on the Veolia industrial park.

The site at Veolia Industriepark Deutschland in Heinsberg is currently being dismantled using heavy equipment, as the owner of the site has commissioned Ferraro with this task. The dismantling is being carried out in coordination with the relevant authorities and Veolia and requires a considerable amount of time. The aim is to turn a former energy-intensive industrial site in Heinsberg into a sustainable place for modern life.

The utilization of the site is carried out under the highest sustainability criteria, which Ferraro Group companies have imposed on themselves. A very high proportion of recyclable materials are actively returned to the utilization cycle, partly on the basis of sophisticated technology. This is a very good fit for the new planning of a future-oriented technology park.

Giuseppe Ferraro, CEO of the Neunkirchen-based group of companies, comments: "We are currently realizing many projects of this size in Germany and Italy. In Heinsberg, almost 1 million cubic meters of enclosed industrial space will make way for a new area of 78,000 sq meters. Conceivable uses include small-scale industry, production facilities and logistics services."
